Yesterday I went to Salzburg for under 8 euros! Home of the Von Trapps! And also Mozart! It was a very very foggy day so my photos don't really capture the colourful buildings, massive castles, etc... But it was a great trip. You can visit the place Mozart was born and the place he lived later in life, but they are now a cafe and museum, respectively. Lots to see in Salzburg and full of great hills to climb and get a great view of the city - when the sky isn't solid with fog. Eliz and I went with 3 other au pairs, one Australian, an Italian, and an American to split the cost of a BayernTicket and it was a blast. I have to go back with someone who actually likes museums though!
Me too! We could be the three musketeers! Now that would be a fun trip!

Oh, yes, Marilyn! If you don't watch out, you'll have the whole family! Uncle Eric and I loved Saltzburg - twice. We rented bikes on a gorgeous autumn day and rode along the river.
You've given your new charges a great gift. Kids LOVE correcting adults, especially in language. Another reason to be crazy about you.
